Welcome to the Provider Practice Essentials Group Leader Dashboard. This page will help you track your provider’s performance as they complete the QBank for their assigned learning modules. Please familiarize yourself with the product(s) you have purchased for your group and how to track their performance.
There are two main components of this professional review series – The Core Module and the QBank.
The Core Module is a series of videos, organized by system, that can be watched in any order, at any time, by the assigned provider. Because this is a free-form type of layout, we do not provide enterprise tracking of their individual video watching history. The Core Module is designed to prepare your provider for the QBank, which integrates the concepts taught in the Core Module and reinforces those lessons through practice clinical questions.
The Qbank contains over 1800 clinical scenarios and board-style questions, organized by subject, and randomly assigned to your provider. They select the total number of questions they want to take per subject.
The contents in the QBank are created based on current literature, clinical guidelines, and accepted standard of care. All questions are written in a format similar to a board exam. We suggest that your higher performing students consider seeking Nurse Practitioner (ENP) or Physician Assistant (CAQ) specialization after completing this program. We have validated our scoring to average between 68-70% across all users. Scores greater than 70% correlate to a 100% pass rate for these certification examinations.
We strongly suggest that prior to watching videos in the CORE module, each provider take an initial QBank quiz containing 3 questions from each subject. This will provide a baseline level of performance to track, and also highlight the areas of strength and weakness for each provider. As your provider moves through the development series, they will see an increase in their subject-based performance.
This dashboard contains all members of your organization that you wish to track. Areas of performance will be highlighted in a bar graph format. This graph represents the percentage of correct answers your provider has given by subject. Higher percentages have longer graph lines and are color-coded from Green to Red. High numbers are good!
The bottom section of each provider’s progress highlights their highest and lowest performing subjects, and also gives their overall progress. You can use this area to ensure they are keeping up with any assignments you have given them, and monitor their progress. As you add new members to your group, their progress will also appear on this page.
