Toolkit Agreement

Welcome to the PPE Clinical Toolkit! You are reading this because it is the first time you have logged in with your username. The toolkit is a MEMBERS-ONLY collection of clinical content including video, audio, online, and referenced content to help your practice. We are continuously adding content, and also offer CME content. This is your hub for everything PPE! Any time you purchase or add an online course, it will be available in your toolkit. You will have exclusive access to discounted programs as they become available. You can take notes and save them here. This toolkit is designed for you to use as a reference, and build on throughout your career! If you purchased a live workshop or online program, you have access to this toolkit for an entire year at no additional cost. CME/CE Credits are accredited by third party organizations, and require approval on an annual basis to be awarded. PPE diligently maintains the prescribed annual application schedule provided by our accrediting organizations. In the event there is a delay receiving CME approval as part of this application process, there may be an uncontrollable delay for final CME approval for certain programs. PPE will work with you to resolve any CME reporting concerns in a timely fashion.Your complimentary membership will remain active for a full year. Annual dues will be automatically renewed by a subscription that charges you annually. You previously agreed to our terms and conditions when you purchased your program through our website. This is also noted on your receipt. This Toolkit automatically renews annually on the date of your original purchase. If you want to continue using this content, have access to your notes, and see more content as it arrives, you don’t need to do anything! Your membership dues may automatically renew every year with a $49.99 installment payment charged to the card associated with your account. If you decide you don’t want to continue your membership, you can edit your account settings and cancel your subscription at any time at https://ppemedical.com/. Some products can be purchased without a subscription. This can be found easily on your receipt. We will send you a reminder notice before your subscription renews. You may contact us any time via email, or by telephone between the hours of 9am to 9pm ET if you have any questions. Please understand that cancellation requests made after a recent renewal will apply to the next annual renewal period. Disputing renewal charges with your credit card company is not a substitute for following this cancellation procedure, and you agree that you will not dispute charges because you did not log in and change your membership settings. Credit card disputes can hurt our relationships with credit card companies, and can even lead them to refuse to process charges on our website. We will not provide refunds for toolkit renewals. We have explained this renewal and cancellation process to you in our terms and conditions, on your purchase receipt, and by your acknowledgment of this statement.

I have read the above and agree. I also understand that I have access to the Toolkit for 1 year after my initial registration, and renews annually on the same date. I understand that access to the Toolkit is required for me to claim continuing credits and my certificates.

If your purchase included a subscription, you will be charged $49.99 annually unless you cancel your subscription in your account settings. You acknowledge it's easy to do!

I authorize automatic renewal installment charges of $49.99 as applicable, and understand that this amount may change in the future. I understand these renewal installments will be charged to the payment method assigned to my account.

You have been informed that we cannot cancel your account settings, and that if you do not wish to have your subscription renewed, you will cancel it on your own. You understand that you have the ability to do the right thing and won't dispute your renewal charges if you forget.

I agree that I can opt out of annual renewal installment payments at any time by changing my subscription settings on "My Account" page, and that I will not dispute automatic annual renewal installment payments if I do not follow this process.

Access to the Clinical Toolkit is required to access any learning programs you purchase, claim CME, view notes, and see new content. Your CME certificates are saved on the Clinical Toolkit for easy retrieval. Without an active Clinical Toolkit membership, you will no longer have access to these materials. We will charge a retrieval fee for non-members to get a copy of their CME certificates.

I am aware that if I cancel my Clinical Toolkit membership I will lose access to the toolkit content, which includes my notes, certificates, certifications, and other items saved in my membership profile. I am also aware that if I decline access to the toolkit I will not be able to recieve my CME certificate for any program I have enrolled in.
