Inclusion: Adult patients presenting to ED with acute ischemic stroke
Exclusion: Children < 18 years

Level B:
- Offer IV tPA to acute ischemic stroke patients who meet NINDS inclusion/exclusion criteria and can be treated within 3 hours after symptom onset. Consider increased risk of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage in decision to administer tPA. (May consider administration in carefully selected patients presenting within 3-4.5 hours of symptom onset.)

Your membership dues may automatically renew every year with a $49.99 installment payment charged to the card associated with your account. If you decide you don’t want to continue your membership, you can edit your account settings and cancel your subscription at any time at https://ppemedical.com/. Some products can be purchased without a subscription. This can be found easily on your receipt. We will send you a reminder notice before your subscription renews. You may contact us any time via email, or by telephone between the hours of 9am to 9pm ET if you have any questions. Please understand that cancellation requests made after a recent renewal will apply to the next annual renewal period. Disputing renewal charges with your credit card company is not a substitute for following this cancellation procedure, and you agree that you will not dispute charges because you did not log in and change your membership settings. We will charge a retrieval fee for non-members to get a copy of their CME certificates.

I am aware that if I cancel my Clinical Toolkit membership I will lose access to the toolkit content, which includes my notes, certificates, certifications, and other items saved in my membership profile. I am also aware that if I decline access to the toolkit I will not be able to recieve my CME certificate for any program I have enrolled in.
